Nice store. Excellent attitudes and personalities on display, everyone was so nice during my purchase. They did everything right. This is why I prefer not to deal in large national chain stores when I can and rather keep it local.

My heirloom engagement ring was cracked and the prongs were worn. I brought it to Scott and Co. because we'd used them before for a repair. They were very thorough in their inspection of the ring and got back to me quickly with the estimate. I went in to make sure of correct size and the jeweler came out and explained what repairs were needed and how he intended to do it. They gave me a date for pickup and on that day I received a call telling me they needed a day or two more. When I went in to pick it up it was like new, only better, as promised. They even polished my band to make it shine too. Everyone was polite and courteous and the work they did looked great. I would definitely recommend Scott and Co. to anyone needing repairs.
